Sky/Tek Statement on Litigation Initiated Against Infoblox and Renée Burton

Skyforge Digital AG and Teknology SA (together, “Sky/Tek”) filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of California, USA, on November 4, 2025, to address a series of false, defamatory, and damaging statements made by Infoblox Inc., a cybersecurity company, and Renée Burton, an Infoblox executive.

As detailed in the legal Complaint, a copy of which can be found here, Sky/Tek are successful, law-abiding technology companies, as are the platforms run by them and their subsidiaries. But as described in the lawsuit, Infoblox and Burton’s outlandish statements and accusations are offensive and entirely baseless.

Sky/Tek’s lawsuit brings claims against Infoblox and Burton for defamation, false light, intentional interference with contract, violation of the Lanham Act, and civil conspiracy. The lawsuit seeks a jury trial as well as substantial compensatory and punitive damages from Infoblox and Burton for their inappropriate actions which have monetarily and reputationally harmed both Skyforge and Teknology.
